Here's mine with a 2/4 drop on 26's. Yours would look similar with your 22's only you'll have a bit more fender gap.

Truck looks good friend! I'd say do the escalade rear vent covers that go in between the third row window and hatch. And then maybe the esky third brake lamp setup. THats what I did on my Denali. I wasn't going to but ended up doing it because I had the esky racks, and I think doing the taillight and vent covers tie it all together. Plus I really despise non painted black plastic trim. It's ugly in my opinion and so having all the Esky trim on the back and everything color matched looks super sharp, plus calms my ocd side, cuz all the painted stuff can be waxed and kept from fading, unlike the plastic black. Those new leather seats are sharp! Keep those clean and it'll be a great interior! The esky 22s look great as well! The double din upgrade is a great way to go. My 2006 already had the double din but I swapped the stock nav headunit for a new clarion headunit with nav, auto connect Bluetooth, satellite, and backup camera. It's a good head unit. The sound quality is great, everything is easy to use, the backup cam automatically kicks in when you go into reverse, and the whole system was a decent price.
