RPMS!Wondering how the higher output is accomplished?
Block, and heads are the same. Camshaft has different lift and duration designed for higher rpm's. The intake is also designed for higher rpms. They have lifter issues too.Same heads? Ecu? I noticed my Yukon doesn’t have a marked red line. How is the intake different? I guess headers of a sort might be helpful with all the rest. Are Corvettes having lifter issues Too?
The rev limiter should cut you off at 6,000 rpm.Same heads? Ecu? I noticed my Yukon doesn’t have a marked red line. How is the intake different? I guess headers of a sort might be helpful with all the rest. Are Corvettes having lifter issues Too?
ECM tune & TCM tune would be the biggest bang for the buck in terms of getting a GMTK2xx 6.2L closer to 'vette 6.2L output parity.... given all that, is there a way to take the Denali 6.2L (or starting in 2018 with the Tahoe RST package) up to the same output as the 'vette, without adding a supercharger?
