putting bondo in to fill the indents in the doors and around the hoe?

I hope you don't mean the body groove. Bondo should not be used that thick. Ever.

I'd fill in the majority of the indentions by welding on strips of sheetmetal, grinding down the welds, then using body filler to smooth it out, then block and spray. That's too much to fill in with filler alone, not to mention the problems you'll have at the edges of the body panel using body filler that thick.
I think the end result would like nice though, having a smooth body like the nnbs.

thanks, ill look into acouple of those ideas, I want to make my tahoe like no others around here and thats the only thing i can think of thats not that common.
