putting bondo in to fill the indents in the doors and around the hoe?

I'd fill in the majority of the indentions by welding on strips of sheetmetal, grinding down the welds, then using body filler to smooth it out, then block and spray. That's too much to fill in with filler alone, not to mention the problems you'll have at the edges of the body panel using body filer that thick.
I think the end result would like nice though, having a smooth body like the nnbs.
