Drove it! Church, Starbucks, and a few errands, including to get a MicroGard Select (made by Wix) oil filter from O'Reilly's for the DD.

I'll take it to the orifice one day this week, too, to give it some exercise. It's so nice not to have oil drips in the garage after I spent a good chunk of money to have the leaks fixed.

Thanks for posting, did not know Dorman made metal ones. Wow Rock Auto is a lot cheaper than Amazon.

dude so i am halfway thru replacing my heater core and evap, got the air box out finally, and I took the old heater core out and am going to put the new one in, the inlet and outlet tubing on the core itself seems to rotate freely, the old one is stiff as you would expect
I am not sure if this is normal, and definitely don't feel good about putting it in and to be a possible failure point
anyone have any experience with this?
its an oem heater core from rockauto

Maybe you can post some pics of your progress. Imo the hardest part would be the upper with the built in seatbelt.
Pictures posted in the vehicle interior section of the forum. I only have the passenger seat done so far. Yeah the upper was harder but all in all I'd give it a 2/5 in difficulty.

After I painted my rear bumper with the $4 rural king can of spray paint the orange peel was getting to me. So I busted out the wet sandpaper and buffed it to a shine. I just bought that little Ryobi mini buffer and that thing is nice for small places.
