Those blue lights look great, how did you install those?Yeah, I was thinking these look bigger than the knobs on mine..![]()

But they’d likely fit better on the overhead controls.. those look janky. OTOH, do the Esky knobs have a light provision..?

Wish there was a way to also make the greenish display blue, too....
Looking good Sam. Makes me miss my all blue LED interior in my Tahoe. Just don’t have the energy to convert everything in my Yukon.I bought a kit off eBay to switch the half-burned out incandescents to LEDs. It’s a little expensive tbh, for what they are, but I’m happy with the results. Did all the interior lights in blue LEDs, but after breaking my driver door, I haven’t finished the project.
There is.. with blue window tint. I still need to do this. A couple layers- maybe 3, and it will be blue, rather than the greenish tint.

Thanks! Yeah, I know the feeling. It’s a project. Lol. I did everything in the truck, except the door panels. Have all the LEDs, but need to pull panels and solder them in. The first one i did (driver door), ended up ok, but the LEDs could have been better (smd would be better than the standard ones). After I quit for a while, and also emailed the seller asking about smd’s for the door kits, he eventually changed them. I’m sure they’re much better, but I still need to do it..! I experimented with about 20 different smd’s myself, but didn’t find any that worked just right.Looking good Sam. Makes me miss my all blue LED interior in my Tahoe. I know the stickers work well for the NNBS rigs. You can’t even tell, if they’re done carefully. Not sure about our GMT800’s though. [emoji3166]I REALLY want to do that LED conversion! I'm going to look into that....
But the other thing is, the buttons on my window, steering wheel and HVAC control unit are wearing, is there a way to refinish them to look new again instead of the lettering and such wearing off? Or do I have to buy a whole replacement unit? I sse these button replacements for the steering wheel controls, do they look and work ok? Anyone changed 'em? What about for the HVAC? I see a bunch of stickers and decals, but that isn't what I want.

Threw some new wheels and tires on the Denali yesterday. View attachment 279804
I think the problem is, with the stickers, they're white lettering, right, not cutouts? So if I do the LED swap, it will cover up my blue lights. No bueno.
I used to be a weighmaster and would get the scrap metal from the place I worked at for free, I had the recycle company leave a big metal bin on the lot and I would just call them when it was full and they would leave a new empty bin and I would just pick up the check. They gave pretty decent prices if it was cut into 12" lengths so I just would tell the guys working I needed it cut up, lol that was a cushy job I would also do ordering and get kickbacks from the supply company'sSo it was 460 lbs of metal , worth $36. That should pay for the dump run that’s coming next. The Beast weighs in at 5840 lbs.

So question for you guys. My denali is lowered with the beltech kit (2" spindles in the front and 4" springs in the rear with the 1" spacer).
I've already replaced the upper and lower control arms with the professional line of moog parts along with inner and outer tie rods.
My issue is that I have now gone through and replaced both UCA already and noticed that the outter tie rod ends are busted.
The denali rides like shit and hits each bump hard even with the new 4600s and Pirelli tires
Anyone have recommendations for beefier UCA and tie rods that won't fail on me every 18 months
Not sure where the best place to ask this would be so here we go.
WTF are these wheels called? Just RST wheels? I'm having a hard time searching for them specifically and I see them on everything from Silverados to Tahoes to Suburbans. I'm specifically looking for these darker-colored ones and what they weigh or how they would look on an NBS.![]()
Nothing wrong with a good set of reps. OEWheels are ok but Factory Reproductions, which @NathanJax sells, are better imo and have a better warranty although I’m not sure they sell that exact one. I’m running them on my 02.Thank you! Still, no weights listed anywhere tho, Although I assume they are in the 40-45lb range as nearly every OE 20" wheel is. Also I do not want replicas, more looking for a set of takeoffs with good tires.
Maybe in a year or 2 when my Nittos are toast, they will have come down in price. Does anyone have these on something other than a 2020+?
