What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Same. Hardly ever listen to radio anymore, but I do want the option. I bought an extension for the antenna and planned to hide it somewhere inside.. also have a small window-stick style I bought, but I don’t think I’d like the look of that at all. Part of the reason I haven’t done it yet. Lol. I have excuses for all of my parts pile!

I tried leaving the antenna connected but laying the mast down along the inner fender and zip tying it in place. Didn't work. I have some copper wire connected where the connection for the antenna is, and I ran the wire along and under the passenger door outer weather stripping. It's better, but not great.

The antenna and cable length are 1/4 wave. So they’re “tuned” to work with FM radio basically. And changing it to horizontal, rather than vertical really jacks them up. [emoji107][emoji20]

Cold start, black widow venom 250. Not sure why my starter was lazy...battery is only a few months old. Only revved it a bit at the end, didn't go nuts because the motor was cold. Bone stock...well... MIT tube is really the only "mod".

Had the Mecham oval tip welded on when I bought the truck new in 2004...they never made it onto my 30th Anniversary Trans Am because I went true duals dumping before the axle.

Sounds good. That tip kind of looks like a Denali stock tip. Does it have a low throaty growl when you stomp on it?

Question for those of you with yukons (non xl) that got the Escalade roof racks. Do any of you know the length from bolt holes to bolt holes?
I found a set locally but the guy can't remember if they came of an ext or regular Escalade but he has the measurements. Id compare it to my truck but my friend is looking at then for me because I'm at the hospital now with my wife and newborn daughter

your "laptop" is just a "mobile desktop" it functions exactly the same as a desktop it's just more compact and portable.
