Pretty sure you can get blank caps for them, or even the GMC stickers on amazon or ebay. I know I've seen the blank LTZ wheel center caps before.

Got an oil change... about 7000 miles past when the quick oil change place wanted me to get it.

They seemed to think I took good care of the truck. They tested the coolant and said it must have been changed recently. Strange thing is I've only ever had the standard oil/filter/lube job done since I got it. I keep meaning to get new plugs and wires, but I just don't get around to it.

did a oil change on the 05 silverado work truck today, the oil filter wrench was in the trailer, and of course i was not with the trailer. lol

so looking around the garage i find a adjustable strap, if you push the slider in it makes a loop, im like this will work!!!!

wrapped it around the filter, snugged it up pushed the clip behind the filter and pulled, and that damn filter spun loose with ease..... gonna have to keep that one in my mental note book of life hacks.
