Do you need to upgrade the brake lines for the nnbs brake upgrade? Do you need to add length?

SS lines don't allow for expansion when stepping on the brake pedal, and it's a much better upgrade and feel. After awhile rubber lines could collapse internally. Totally worth getting the ss lines.

What's the correct length to order? I'm going to start piecing this kit together. Since everyone says such good things about it.

Not necessary but a great upgrade.

Yup.

You can get the stock length, as long as you don't have a lift. I have them with my nnbs brakes, and they work great.View attachment 206016

Yup. Since you will have the calipers off and will have to bleed the brakes, now is the time to get rid of those crappy rubber lines. The ss lines alone make a noticeable difference.

I got the Goodridge kit that is SS front and rear. It even replaces the center rear line, but its hard to reach. The brake feel is pretty solid AS LONG as you get all the air out the lines.. Motive brake bleeder the way to go IMO..

Agreed. Especially on the Motiv. I fought brake bleeding for years until I bought one.
