Well, I honestly didn't do shit to my own truck. But I DID do something for @95escahoe
I hooked up this AC control panel for him. This picture does it no justice. The camera picks up way too much glare and makes some of the buttons look whitish. But every button is indeed a nice deep blue color. View attachment 190234

Looks great can’t wait to get it installed

@ScottyBoy Sweet! That's next up for me I have my guages blue. No idea how to get the headlights switch or rear washer switch (took them apart but can't tell where the LEDs go.... brain fart) so a.c. controls are next. Are they just like the guages?

If you have the digital AC control panel like pictured above, then yes it's VERY similar to the cluster. Each bulb inside is 12 volts so you just wire a resistor to the positive leg on each LED. You just need to be VERY careful where you lay the resistors though because you can very easily cause the buttons to bind up if the resistor is in the way. ESPECIALLY with the buttons directly to each side of the digital screen.

Thanks. Yea my denali has the same climate controls I'll do my best to get the resistor to replace the positive leg to make it as minimal as possible

Thinking of some sound deadener for the doors?

Looking for input.

Dynamat, Hushmat, etc...

I would love to do that on the doors and under the carpet. Just no funding for that now. Let us know what you go with with pics along the way ;)

Which model and what made you choose it?

Kenwood DDX374BT, I wanted something that’s touchscreen, has the ability to have a back up camera hooked up, Bluetooth, the buttons have various colors blue is one of them so it will match the rest of the interior, the factory head unit only has 3 buttons lighting up so it was time, I plan on adding a sub too

No problem and thanks, the only thing it doesn’t have is Apple CarPlay which is pretty cool to have but I’ve got my GPS and Bluetooth so that’s all I really need, the money I save there can go towards a sub and amp

Finally got around to mounting my 17x9 Mayhem Warrior 8015 matte black wheels and Falken WildPeak 325/70R17 tires. While I was at it, I had the guys at the tire shop install some Bluetooth TPMS that I can monitor on my Android head unit. The tires rubbed a little more than my last set, so I had to do some trimming on the bumper and valance. To further alleviate that rub, I went ahead and ordered the 3" lift spindles for the front, 3" coil spacers and 2" wheel spacers (to match the 1.5" added stance of the spindles) for the rear. I'll post pics after I get those all put on too. I also got up the nerve to drill holes in my roof for the smoked led cab/running lights that I've been wanting to install for a while now. For some reason I accidentally ordered white, so I didn't get to properly seal it up until I get the amber leds in later today.

Yeah, I hear ya, but I'm kinda glad I didn't have to line up 3 more lights!

And why do I get a Rodney Dangerfield vibe from that compliment? ;)
