Had to do a total recall. Bought them from summit racing..part#TAY-79206.. Haven't had any issues with them.

U may have exceeded the speed limit of your tires lol. My truck is more stable with my 24's that have a higher speed rating than my 20's..

I gotta look those wires up, thx. It starts getting squirrelly at highway speeds, maybe starting around 70-75. I was lucky, it was a flat straightaway, so it wasn't too bad.

Today while I was helping my dad put new properly chromed front LED turn signal assemblies, I readjusted the sprayer on the wiper arm on my Yukon XL's lift gate glass.

Now it sprays on the window!

You need to yank that tree branch off and fill the hole in! Much cleaner look without one lol. Rear wiper delete FTW.

Yeah...no. It's the only way I can see out my back window during winter with all the salt they put on the roads here.:badidea:
And seeing that winter seems to last most of the year here, it is a must have.

Not always a must have, I took mine off and we have a 6 month winter of salt and snow too. I just don't let my ride get that nasty where i need to use the wiper. If I do I just wipe it down at the gas station when I do the rest of my windows and I'm good for a few days or a few weeks depending on weather.

But I work as a truck driver, so a habit from work is I rely on my side mirrors way more than I do my center looking out the back window. But I can see that being harder and stressful for other drivers as it was for me when I first started driving trucks.

currently I'm Almost up to date with maintenance on my daily driver and project. I recently replaced the front brakes and rotors. Finally found the water leak behind the rad shroud in a seam of the radiator. Sooo, that was a can of worms.. Replaced Radiator Therm, intake bypass hose, heater core and blender door actuator All last month.

I just finished a tile job for labor on my front end ball joints, control arms ends, etc... and just received my Black shocks in for this weekend it was to be done, but sadly parts held up due to bad weather.. I JUST FOUND OUT THAT WALMART SELLS MICKEY THOMPSON TIRES 285 75 16--$137.50
Sooo 3" lift and tires coming within a month or so. and they sell Nittos..

Bummer. Here in Oregon we don't have that problem so I got rid of mine since I never used it. Don't miss it one bit. If I can't see out the back window it's time for a wash.

Yeah I think it's funny that people that have a rear wiper either think they can't live without it or never use it. Or turn it on and forget it's on. But then on the cars that don't have them they don't miss it. And to me it makes no sense as to which vehicles have one and which ones don't. I sure don't miss mine. It's not like you're trying to read street signs out the rear window. If I really want to see the people's faces in the car behind me I turn on my backup cam lol.

Realized I was getting behind on the maintenance on mine, especially with 173k miles on her. Also finally got fed up with spending too much on stuff like oil changes when I could just do it myself. So between the owner's manual and the Chilton manual, I came up with a pretty nice spreadsheet to track all the maintenance that needs to be done and when, keep track of all the services that have been performed, and calculate how much I've spent and saved by doing it myself. A few Amazon orders and trips to Harbor Freight later, and here's what I've done the past few days:

- Oil and oil filter change (RP HMX and RP filter)
- Changed spark plugs and wires (ACDelco OEM)
- Cleaned out my K&N air filter
- Got a good check on all fluid levels and conditions and ordered all the stuff to change out the fluids for the front and rear diffs, transfer case, and transmission. I plan on doing the coolant, power steering, and brake fluid in the near future, too.
- And for fun, I leveled her out with new torsion bar keys and front shock spacers, and got an alignment done.
