Swapped the Nissan wheels and did an oil change. Mobil 1 full synthetic high milage.

Finally got a chance to get into the garage and change all 4 shocks.



Bilstein 5100s. In the little spin around town and across some railroad tracks, seemed to feel pretty good.

Also learned that I need to replace *ALL* the bushings in the front end...

Also got my 2" spacers on.

Picked my Tahoe up from the repair shop after being rear-ended. Had a few thing colormatched while it was in there.

Bumper cap, flares and mirror caps

Still need to install the flares but much better

New rear bumper as well

Installed my fleece performance GM all lights on chip. (6HI mod) perfect for these dark alaska winter nights

Great if you have hids like I do. No warm up time after disengaging high beams

Yea had body shop cut the piece behind the right rear fender and patch it onto the good truck its not perfect but for 100 bucns its all i asked for......looked like a crumbled beer can before so im happy ill do some sanding and spray to make it look better

Mine we're textured originally so I'm happy to have them smoothed and painted now.

Finished my dual battery install.

Complete writeup in the electronics sub forum. Still need to "clean up" my wires and run a power wire to the interior for the fridge and HAM radio though. Maybe this weekend?

Ordering my
Moog in/out tierods
Moog lower ball joints
Maxtrac 2" lift coils
Spohn track bar
2" rear wheel spacers since my spindles will push the track width out in the front so these should get them to match pretty well
And a Thrush Hush muffler to replace my mbrp that rattles and is too loud on the highway w/ 4.56.
I'm going to have the thrush welded in and probably dumped because it's going to be pretty quiet
