Having my first issue at 191k. Cylinder 6 misfire, P0206, led me down the rabbit hole. I first took the valve cover off and observed all the rockers which appeared to be rocking, no loose rocker bearings, no bent lifters, no signs of collapsed lifters. I then went under the intake manifold and before removing injectors, I tested resistance on them. I'm getting 1.3-1.4ohms across the board, except for #6 which is fluctuating in the mega-ohm ranges.
From what info I've gathered so far, these fuel line are one time use and will need replaced, correct?
Anything else you guys recommend looking into while I'm in here?
