I’ve got a 2008 Z71 Tahoe that I’ve made a few modifications to (leveled on 33s, new air intake, Diablo tuner w/o diablew tune for now) I’m still looking to get a little more power out of it. It’s my daily driver so ideally I want something that’s not gonna put a ton of stress on the vehicle so it’s not constantly in the shop. I’ve read on here about cams and a few other things but I’m not very mechanically inclined. So I’m looking for recommendations to just give it a little more umph without breaking the bank or having a lot of time in the shop.

Not sure how you like the tune but lots of folks love their trans tune from BB and how much it wakes the rig up.

A good tune is the best bang for the buck under ~$600 for increased performance for both the motor and the transmission.

besides a tune, next up would be a cam and/or then a supercharger or turbo if you are really feeling spendy. you can buy all the fancy ass spark plugs, wires, coils etc but you won't feel any difference it will look nice though and you will have the satisfaction of knowing it was maintained, lol. Then you could go full bore like @randeez
