Recommendations for new transfer case?

Hey everybody! Shopping for a new NP246 right now. Already learned the hard way the little differences after not doing enough research, and considered rebuilding already, but was thinking just with how long it’s been w/o fluid (p/o used lock tite of drain/fill plugs and not even a torch helped them come out) I’m just gonna get a new one in there. Looking at the Gear Shop right now. Any other recommendations?

LKQ is another online option that will ship the transfer case to your door or to your local repair shop.
