How can I tell if its the front or rear that is warped? I feel the pulse in the pedal so I know its the issue but front or rear? Thank you

Most likely the front. Do you feel it in the steering wheel?

Depending on what is in your toolbox, I'd use a dial indicator and watch for needle fluctuations, as I turned the rotor.
As @Coveman indicated, it's probably the front. You may also want to inspect the back side of the rotor and the face of the hub to make sure there's no rust or other crud that is skewing the rotation.
