Hey guys just order my viper 5701, and im looking to pick up a module. first off i was wondering what module i should get for my 00' Tahoe. I was also looking for a smartstart module.

i didn't know if anyone knew of any deals or anything.

Get any module capable of bypassing the Passlock II Anti theft system.

I got one on the internet, then the guy that did my install used another one that he said would work better, so I don't know what to tell ya.

There are a ton of threads out there. Just search for it. There are at least 3 different modules for my 04.

Well i know where to get a module and everything, but i know there is a certain module to use when using viper smart start.. thats what i was asking... thanks guys,.

I've got a -00 Tahoe and for bypassing the passlock II system I got the XK06 module.

I don't have the SmartStart system installed but this is what I found:
