Curious if anyone has tried to see if they can play any video files off a CD? I am assuming this is not possible since it would require the proper codecs etc...

If you have the DVD factory NAV unit they will play; only in park.

I know i cannot play DVDs since my car isn't equipped. But some formats (VCD, Divx etc) are usable in some places but they need to have that capability. I just haven't tried and wanted to know if anyone has. Not important since i just got my GMX550 and can play video using my iphone once i install it.
