Once we get your data log and stock file or files its usually about 5 to 6 business days to get your tune emailed back to you.

I am not sure if Justin will do tune events again, it's so busy and the whole covid thing. We still offer in person tuning by appointment only at our Hayden Idaho location.

Unfortunately customers are not returning our scan cables in a timely manner, or just not returning them at all.

Absolutely, if you are able to find a cable you can totally use that to data log and email in.

Not to hijack the OP's thread but related to time frame, is anyone looking at the emails? I asked a question several weeks ago and my updated tune 2 weeks ago and didnt even get an acknowledgement. I get you are busy and backed up but a response letting me know you received the tune files would be appreciated.

Justin is on the 17th-20th of Sept for emails, he answers in the order received oldest to newest. PM us your name and I can check where you are at.
