Hey I have 2011 5.3 RWD Chevrolet Tahoe.I was driving the other day and came to a light and it just started idling up and down and as I go to take off it just slipped jumped up and idled high. It started doing it ever since every time I stop. Just in the 1st gear.

2011 would be a 6-spd, yes?
Yes
If it's your transmission, the problem is either rear one-way sprag clutch, 1-2-3-4 clutch burnt/piston cracked or TEHCM. Scan the pcm and post any codes here.
