Transmission dipstick trouble

Guys, iv had a phenomenon with my transmission fluid level.. There are NO leaks.. The dipstick reads in the 'hot normal' area when the truck is cold and hasn't been driven.. When I drive it and check it hot it doesn't read on the stick at all!! Any advice? It is a 01 2wd 327 automatic Tahoe

I took it to the dealership and it doesn't even have the right dipstick.. Got her straight now though
