True that
Just read that post in what did you do to your.
Would a penitrant and running the header up to heat help? Maybe give the nut a wee crack with hammer n col-chisel.
I used an air hammer. I hit it quite a few times, at different intervals, along with dousing it in PB blaster. No luck. It's so tight in there I'd def get burned. There's really no room to work under there, especially working without a lift.

True, but there's really no room to swing a ratchet or wrench, so if I start it to heat up, I'll get burned like a mofo. Those long tubes get hot pretty quick.
Do you have any leather gloves like would be worn by a welder? The ones that go about midway up your forearm. Those would protect you against the heat. At least enough to get the thing out. OR buy a new nozzle for your map gas. Either way, heat will fix your problem

Had the o2 sensor(Denso?) swapped out. Got a little better, but pretty much doing the same thing. I think I'll pull the plugs to see what they look like, then maybe change the maf sensor. I have a spare oem. Still no cel.

Trying to chase down this misfire. Hooked up the Tech2. 20220109_125904.jpg
Gonna try to swap out the maf sensor. I already swapped in an O2. I'm not getting any other codes. Kind of sounds like it breaks up a little during acceleration. Any ideas?

i think you need to figure out that loss of communication thing you get all the time. pcm might be bad, or your got a bad ground or something, either way thats far far far from normal. could be all your issues.
The tuner had said he was having issues with communication also. Is there a certain ground for the pcm?

other then the common grounds not sure really. my hptuners also got cut off when we tried to read your pcm. maybe try moving the wires to the obd port while plugged in see if you can make it disconnect. the power port is also on the same fuse as the obd port, so if the power port also goes dark it could be a fuse box issue.
