I know I've read it here, but what's needed uf I wanted to add hydroboost? Think I've read the brake pedal--along with the pwr steering pump--master cylinder too? My van has it and that ***** stops on a dime! And it's loaded with weight.

Since you already have the pump, I believe all you'd need is the booster and lines. I'm not so sure on the brake pedal. If anything, the rod coming through the firewall may not be the correct length, but that can easily be resolved a few ways.

I say if the provision is there, and you’ve already got her all apart, it’s a no brainer. I think it would be a great upgrade.

I swapped to HB on my S10- best pedal feel and response ever! It took just a few hours since it was mostly plug-and-play.

I say swap the PS pumps so you can get your ride running quicker. The more extraneous things like this that are added will extend the down time. You've had enough of that.

Save the HB parts for later on....it won't be that difficult to do that changeover later.

Keep the HB pump on there and just cap off that return port on the reservoir. There's no pressure on it so a small rubber cap with hose clamp would be fine. No port cap? Slip a short piece of hose over the port and screw a bolt in to the hose.

Been awhile. Hoe is still down, but I bought a set of steel 17's.

Been slowly trying to clean them up to spray them, possibly black.

Get that PPV look going. Gonna use the standard Silverado plastic caps. Can't find any cheap PPV caps unfortunately.

Gonna pull the tires so you can get the back of the beads? Looks like they’re rusted there at the lips.

Nah, I tried to get in there with the tool I've been using. It got the surface scaley bits off. I'm just gonna spray bomb them. Leaving the tires on for when the new motor is in--You know--for testing the new motor . They're LT's, Wrangler with Kevlar, so I'm really curious how smokeable they'll be.

Still sanding and painting the ppv like rims.

I can't find any reasonable ppv caps--

Not including the GMC center--I'm not sure if I like the look.
Opinions?
Also--all I had was flat black--which looked like crap. Luckily I had some clear.

The good stuff too. 1 more wheel to go.

Nah, a friend gave it to me a few yrs ago. Went through super storm Sandy.

I actually have a brand new Centech in the box, but I know how to work this one lol.

Yup. Still need to verify it's the right size for the Hoe. It's Neutral, which is light tan--ish. Sux you can't open the hatch if the battery is dead.

The newer chargers are more likely to revive that battery, especially if it desulfates. The older chargers were for the older batteries, when they were all lead acid with open systems and caps where you could top them off.

Makes sense. Maybe I should go swap the charger out.
