PB Blaster or Kroil.

WD-40 is “ok” as a lubricant but that’s about it.

Kroil is the best... expensive but worth it... seafoam also makes a product called Deep Creep... but if you can get Kroil get it... a little goes a long way...

Kroil, PB Blaster, ATF mixed with acetone. For big stuff, I use apple cider vinegar and let soak. Since the holidays are nigh, the stores should have it in stock again. I picked some gallons up a few weeks ago.

Those seat tracks rust because they are bare metal and in Florida will rust up right quick.

WD 40 is a WATER Displace solution, has no lube abilities to speak of. It leaves a very thin coating to prevent water problems. Use products recommended, blast lots on the locking mechanism. Been there done that it WORKS.
