I'm a fairly new member here and hoping for some advice from some of you hard core DIY Tahoe fellas. I recently retired from the army and it's time to take on some projects i've been looking forward to tackling. One of those projects at the top of my list is installing a 2003 Tahoe body onto a 2003 Yukon Denali frame. While looking at them side by side, the actual body's seem identical.

The 03 Denali has body damage on the driver side which would be a pain to fix, not to mention very expensive. The drivetrain however is in great shape as is the interior. The donor 03 Tahoe body is in perfect shape but has a rusted frame.

My plan is to swap the body only and install the Denali Interior in the Tahoe body while keeping the Denali frame with air ride suspension, drivetrain, and front clip.

If there's anyone out there that's tackled this in the past, what pointers can be given toward wiring compatibility, etc.......
