tape deck delete??

Any one got some good mods on the auxillary tape deck and rear audio controls? I am think of just gettin some black plastic and going with a power inverter with two plug ins and a USB? anyone ever try somthing like this>

there are a few threads on here with pictures if i remember right. I ended up getting the delete pocket at a GM dealership. There are a few guys that have done some cool stuff with that spot on here, if you do a thread search on here you should be able to find them.

I gutted mine out and lined the compartment with the rubber liner from Craftsman for tool box drawers.

do you got pics ? so you just tore the tape deck apart and made a slot?
