Tail light not working while brake and signal work

I have a 2014 Tahoe. Right side tail light not working while brake light turn signal work. I’ve tried looking at fuses changed the bulbs and even replaced the wire harness that houses the light bulbs. Problem continues. Could it be a turn signal switch or even a headlight switch. Any and all help is greatly appreciated

My caddy has a seperate plug in tail light device that plugs into the tail light itself. Round puck looking device. If you have it out send me a picture of the back of your tail light. If it is, its 23 dollars on e bay. 360 dollars at the caddy place. NO KIDDING>
