Tahoe rear doors will swap with Suburban rear doors, but make sure there is not body cladding. The body cladding on the Tahoe door on the Suburban body looks terrible.Others with more experience will give more detailed answers, if they're in the mood.
Following answers are oversimplified, as is the question:
Will a GMT400 2000 Tahoe's parts fit a 2002 Suburban?
NO, with precious few exceptions; they are of two different generations.
Will a GMT800 2000 Tahoe's parts fit a 2002 Suburban?
YES, from the B-pillar (back of the closed front door) FORWARD, pretty much the same vehicle, with few exceptions.
From the B-pillar (back of the closed front door) BACK, some 'yes'es, some 'no's due to the differences in wheelbase.
Rear hatches / rear glass / rear tail lights / rear bumpers should interchange.

This was before I was brave enough to swap window motors -- don't make too much fun of me, please. Two, functional doors with all pieces including the interior panels and switches, $100. Swapping the doors out? Less than 30 minutes per side, solo.
But you can see how awful the body-cladding looks for yourself.
I'm sure one COULD put rear doors from a short-wheelbase Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade, on a long-wheelbase Suburban/XL/ESV ...Tahoe rear doors will swap with Suburban rear doors ...
