Tahoe grill guard mounting help needed

I need to mount a grill guard to my 2004 Tahoe. I was told that it was on a Suburban before, but I have no mounting brackets for it. It is the same grill guard as on the picture below. Does someone have a drawing of both the upper and lower mounts so I could make the brackets? Close up pictures could help also, if someone could add dimensions.

Thought I saw where the manufacture supplies a kit that replace the tow hooks with mounting brackets.
