Hey all, I have some rust on the bottom of the rear doors, was wondering if the rear doors of an 2004 will fit and the electronics work as well, what I mean by that is is it bolt/plug and play. The doors are adifferent color but I am more worried about rust than color. Thanks

Please, in the future, it would help if you gave the year of your rig, or put it in your signature. I checked all years from 2000 to 2006 and at RA it calls for the same frame/shell with the skin on them for all years. Now, whether the electronics are the same would depend on the year of your rig in comparison.

No problem. Believe me when I say that GM will always make it easier to assemble these rigs on the assembly line, so if they can keep the same plug ins for many years in a row, they will likely do so. If the new doors have the exact same switch/controls configurations, I would bet that it is a plug and play.

Pull the inner door cards/covers and see what they look like.
