Tahoe 2009 LT Fan Coolant

Hi ,
am new here i have an issue with my Fan Coolant,
hope someone had this issue and fixed
A/C some times when i start engine A/C clutch keep start and stop and FAN won't work in less i open fuse Box remove the relay and connect it again it keep lose but its working
when car got in hot condition only HI Fan working LO not working ,
how to test the relay with light tester.
how to test the fan is working can i connect it directly to the Battery for test.
as i can see there's two relay one Fan Controller.
where i can Find PCM.
so far now only one Fan the Hi always on in case if A/C getting off or Keep on off car get overheat

You posted in the NBS forums. You need the NNBS forums. Kind of sounds like a bad relay. If you remove and replace it may just be worth getting a new relay and seeing what that does for you.
