I'm looking to install a lighted moon visor, like this or similar:

on my 2002 Tahoe. I've got a sunroof on my Tahoe, so I was wondering if this will create a fitment issue, or if the visor can be installed in front of the sunroof, or if modifications are required to fit?
Has anyone installed a visor of any brand on their NBS, with or without a sunroof? Pics or a measurement from the top of the windshield to the furthest back mounting point would be clutch!
