Found these part number while peeling the grease, rust and paint from the front end frame. Interesting at least.

Now the rear. I decided to replace all of the suspension parts minus the pan hard bar, cause I forgot to order it, but I’ll get the two other bars replaced and install the drop springs along with airlift. I’m also going to complete the free travel mod with the plasma cutter.

Are you going with an adjustable panhard bar? I did because my axle shifted off to one side after i lowered it.
I may have to. Do you remember which one you installed?

Make sure you get the upgraded Spohns with the del-sphere joint especially if you are doing panhard and LCAs. When I called Spohn they recommended the del-sphere cause it allows some "flex" in the suspension so it doesn't bind up. If you do the boxed uppers and lowers and the Panhard, there's a chance that at certain suspension deflection angles the rear can bind up. With the del-spheres that is avoided.

Finished with the install of the rear suspension parts, including lowering springs from belt, tech and relocation tab for shocks. I used DMJ end links. However, unlike other posts I’ve seen I did not have any issues with installing these end links. Seems too good to be true, especially since I haven’t driven the truck yet.

Finally finished the project it needed a alignment really badly. The shop I took it to did a really great job, but they couldn’t level the truck like I wanted. It still sits about 2 inches lower in the front than the back. And they had mentioned that the torsion keys were torque as far as they could go and that I would need lift keys to get it to level out. Lol they also mentioned that the suspension was really loose and I will probably need a new gearbox. I hadn’t noticed it before but now that I have all new suspension components I can really tell that my steering is loose.
