strange issue with vehicle options and features (BCM type stuff)

I think there may be some sort of issue with the BCM on my 2015 hoe. I have an LTZ, not sure if that matters in this situation, but I noticed there are a few features that seem to be missing and they do not show up in the vehicle's settings menus. I do not have the option to roll the windows down or up, despite seeing videos of people doing it and showing the option in the menu. I also have no way of turning off that annoying triple honk when you shut the door with the engine running. I used to be able to change the themes but ever since I replaced the hmi with a whites audio and media unit (which if you are reading this and dont have android auto or carplay I highly recommend) the themes are gone, which is fine but I have always been missing the other stuff. Does anyone have any ideas on whats going on?

For the windows are you talking about auto up/down or the ability to do all 4 windows at once?

using the fob to roll the windows down or up. I saw a video with a 2015 tahoe like mine and they were able to do it, the guy in the video said its in the options menu but I dont see it

The windows roll down feature with your fob is not a factory option. You have to buy an aftermarket program to add to your vehicle. The new function takes the place of holding the lock and unlock buttons on the fob to fold the mirrors.

I forget the name of the company that makes that particular program — Diesel is in the name — others can probably get the name for you.

You can roll down the windows only not put back up. Like the above post you have to go to settings in the radio menu.
