Stereo Unlocked and is strange

Hi everyone very new to the forums, but just purchased a 1999 Denali , and when i bought the stereo was locked, so i recently got it unlocked but to come to find is that my only vocals come from the very rear speakers and my fronts only put out bass but no vocals. what could this be?

This is a bose system if that makes a difference

sounds like u have an amp problem or the outputs on the radio are F$%&ed

Is there a way i can test the amp to see whats going on with it? as well as where is the amp located? im assuming in the rear in the panel?

you will find the amp either inside the center console or in the dash just right of center.

The amp may also be behind the glove box, on the right hand side
