Step by step 'how to' load tunes from Autocal to truck please?

Hi,

So I have my stock tunes on my Autocal and I want to load them on my truck ... I'm crap at this stuff so I need step by step detailed instructions on how to do so.

From what I understand I need to plug it into the truck, turn the key to on without starting the engine, I guess turn the Autocal on, and then what?

But that's not stupid proof enough for me.

Isn't there an actual document for it somewhere?

Literally, all you do is plug it in, hit Prog 1, when it is done, hit Prog 2.

What do I do when prog 2 is finished?

Turn off the truck, unplug the autocal, and then start the truck and it will be back to stock?
