Steering wheel pointed left

So...bashed the battle wagon into a curb and trees. Still drives down the road straight, no pulling etc. but the steering wheel points 45 degrees left now when going straight. What is most likely cause? Broken or just need an alignment? Bumper, fender etc getting fixed soon lol

May have done equal damage to the steering/suspension that allows a straight drive but wrong clocking on the steering wheel. Needs inspected by a QUALIFIED TECH and then repair as needed or just align. You may find other needed work that has nothing to do with your mishap.
