So I finally got around to demolding.

Been thinking about doing this for awhile. Finally did it yesterday and snapped some pics after I cleaned it up.

Nice. I will be doing it within the next couple of weeks. What method did you use to take them off?

Pretty simple...a hairdryer to heat the moldings up enough to pull them off, then 3m adhesive remover for the leftover adhesive. Follow it up with a good buffing and done! Took about an hour.

Do you have to use dental floss to work them off? or is it a straight pull?
Thanks

You need to use something that'll get under the molding or badges without scratching the paint. A lot of folks use dental floss, fishing line or the like. I use what is essentially a plastic spackle tool. Works great for me!!

Thanks for the info, I'll give it a shot

:High 5: Just let us know if you have any issues or questions. Once you get going on it and do it once you'll realize how easy it really is but can be intimidating at first. :)
