Siruis XM not working

So recently my XM radio has been cutting out and saying no XM signal I called sirius and the refreshed the signal a few times and nothing works they said it could be a problem with the radio wiring or antenna is there anything that is common or where should I start looking. I wanna try and get this fixed before we get snow this week. I have the bose factory radio with out navigation

Mine did the same thing about two weeks ago. I just ended up buy an aftermarket module, as I was using my factory xm to my aftermarket head unit. I do know though that the factory module is behind the glovebox. I'd try getting in there and see if something is wrong back there.

I did check all the connections back there and everything seems to be tight.

Have a 2015 Tahoe 2 years old and antenna not working for sirius only have never had more problems than with this vehicle My wife took it in to Dealer they said they would do a diagnostic test 153.70 dollars later its your antenna need to replace for 800+ more bucks what kind of quality is this ?
