If GM does utilize projectors across all trim levels I suspect it'll be halogen for all except LTZ and Denali models. They'll get HID. GM has already been doing this for a few years with the Acadia. The large crossover SUVs (GMC Acadia, Buick Enclave, and Saturn Outlook) have had projectors since 2007, so the speculation about GM being apprehensive due to increased height seems lacking.

We were talking about the pickups not the SUVs.
Obviously since GM already puts HID projectors in Escalades since 07 there's no issue there.

Like in 4runners?

Yes, like 4runners, Range Rovers, and most of the SUVs on the market. GM took too long to catch up on that feature.

Keep in mind the current Escalade projector HIDs are mounted in the lower part of the headlamp so that they are not too high and the high beams still serve there intended purpose.
If the 2014 models feature projectors, they will either be mounted low, like that of the NNBS Escalade, or the light will be a bi xenon HID design.
They could also employ side-by-side low beam/hi beam design like what the current Tahoes have but the spy pics seem to show to a stacked design.

Huh? My 12' silvy doesn't appear to sit the same as our 08' Burban. But maybe it's just me. I dunno.

I think it's fairly close...

Still got those Dumb Ass square fenders.

The black 20's in the 1st post look pretty legit.

Also appears that the crew cab is a tad larger. Which is something GM definitley needs to stay in competition.

Hopefully the interior is completely revamped too!! Cuz, Ford and Dodge got that locked up!
