Shorty headers or Ls1 manfolds

If your doing headers go with a set of long tubes.

LS1 manifolds flow like crap and arent worth any gains over the stockers. I'd go with longtubes and a tune personally.

Nope I bought the AEMs since they were a ridiculous deal from Justin, the dynatechs would be on my truck otherwise and I'm still thinking about swapping to them or doing a turbo kit

yea, forget other stock manifolds or shorties, also , I would say look at LPP, but they are larger diameter, like 1 3/4" primaries, too big for your 4.8

I'm looking to get some headers too real soon. So ya'll suggest long tube over shortys or just preference?? I've got the stock 5.3L V8 with a CAI only...so far.
