Cleaned the Yukon today and when I took the second row mat out (which was dry) I found the carpet was wet on the passenger side. I pulled the trim and didint notice any leaks or signs of leaks. The insulation underneath the carpet is totally saturated and the carpet smells like mildew but only in the passenger leg bay. What would cause this? Everything around that area is dry.

Does the sunroof drain empty in the second row? How would the water be getting in there?

I’ve seen a similar post in the past and it tracked to a compressed door seal. There’s another post on the interwebs somewhere of inserting round foam tubing into the cavity of the door seals to puff them back up and renew them to fill the gaps.
