Just pull the vacuum line at the brake booster. that will hit all of them.

As stated, all booster lines go to the cylinders. However, it would be better to inject through the throttle-body itself so the distribution is more even. Not necessarily possible in your garage or backyard, but it's the best location since it's in the middle of the intake.
