RTV dabs on Valve Cover Gasket?

I know these install as a "Dry gasket" Couldn't really find any real information on whether its recommended for this generation of 5.3's, the older had those T block Junctions where you did, on this generation is RTV recommended at all? Even in the corners or anything?

I don't know if it's recommended or not, but I can't image you'd hurt anything by adding some silicone in strategic spots. As long as you're not using so much as to get squeeze-out that ends up plugging up your oiling system.
