RST with performance package lowered ?

Anyone lower their 6.2 RST Perf pack Tahoe? Looking for direction on options to lower 2-3 inches on the heavy duty suspension. I don't want to mess with the feel of the truck too much , just want lower entry height for the pups.

I think that a foldable pet ramp or steps would be a lot cheaper, and it would not impact the feel of the truck whatsoever. There are many of them out there.

I think if you’re only looking to lower it 2-3 inches you should be able to accomplish that without impacting the ride quality too much or in a negative way rather.

What OEM suspension set up is on your RST?
What is the suspension RPO code?

That will help determine what available parts or kits there are to accomplish what you’re after.

Or both! That's the direction we're probably taking with our '25 Sierra 1500. Drop kit AND folding steps for the 'kids'.
