2023 RST: adding factory rear valance and quad tips?

I am looking at buying a 2023 RST this weekend. Good price for me and also has all the features I want such as luxury package and max tow. Max tow seems rare to find on the RST from my search.

I do like that the 2025+ RST have the rear lower fascia with the quad tips.

Does anyone know if I can buy the OEM fascia from a 2025+ and add a quad tip catback like a Corsa? Has this been done?
