Rims Questions. Offset???

Hey everyone im sure you all have maybe at one point in time seen Snowkon pictures one time or another on here. Im having issues deciding one rims now. I like the Fuel Kranks or Boost. Im running 295/70R17 Nitto Trail Grapplers on a stock 17 inch GMC wheel off I think and 07 Yukon. The problem I have right now is I don't know what offset I need. I dont want them sticking too far out but maybe just a hair. I have 3 inch keys in the front and 2 inch spacers in the back. Any suggestions what to do or what you guys running?
