My 98 tahoe has had door hinge pins replaced and 6 months later door is a pain in the ass to open and close again. C n anyone tell me hard it will be to replace the entire hinge assembly?

IIRC the hinges just have 4 bolts in them, but you'll have to have the door supported very well and get the hinges back in the exact same spot for it to line up with the truck correctly.

Did you replace the bushings and the pins, or just the pins?

The bushings wear faster than the pins. It's a lot easier to redo the bushings and pins rather than the entire hinge. :)
