Rolled over 135k in my way down the mountain again tonight! Rackin up the miles on the road tank for dance nights in Anaheim in prep for my first stagecoach competition next week at a nightclub called the ranch! But you know what?! I love traveling in my Denali!! So fun to open up the throttle and hear that rumble and cruise through the corners!

Who said you can’t get a water pump gasket? Every auto parts store sells them!

Apparently nobody in big bear carries just the gasket.... lol

Just stock piping with a magnaflow muffler instead of the stock on. And a stainless steel RBP tip on the end.

It’s official, no longer on the waitlist for my next level snowboard teaching certification exam, well the first half of it at least! Looks like I’m mammoth bound in a couple of weeks, and I’ll be taking the Nali up there on my own! Got a few things to square away before the trip up, gotta get my dash cam installed that I got for Christmas, and I gotta get a trans service done before I head up. That should be a fun one, thinking I may tackle it myself but depends on how much time I have available.....

In February of 2017 so Just about three years ago. Just shy of a year after the rebuilt transmission got done, a valve got stuck and my builder had to replace it. He took care of it under warranty. So I’m assuming when he had the pan dropped for the valve and then put it back together it got some fresh fluid. That was roughly 40k-ish miles ago. So I figured it’s probably time for a service on it.

So I’ve been unhappy with my NNBS gmc floorliners lately. The rubber is really soft and it stains pretty easily. I like the color but it shows EVERYTHING. And the mid row liner doesn’t go door sill to door sill. @gooffeyguy was looking to find a new home for his husky weather beater mid row floor liner from his NNBS truck. I grabbed it from him. It’s not a perfect fit because it’s for an NNBS truck, but I knew that. I’m totally happy with it! It covers so much more of the backseat floor space and the husky material will be much easier to keep clean! Now I’ll be on the hunt for some front floor liners to match them. Haha. The gmc floorliners:

And the husky liner. It needs to settle a bit as it was folded to fit in the shipping box, but it’ll settle over the next few days as it’s supposed to be pretty warm here for this time of year.

Very nice. But why didn’t you just get the Husky liners for the NBS? I bought front rear and cargo last year.

1. I want black floorliners now and they don’t make NBS floorliners in black since it wasn’t an interior color option for our gen trucks.
2. He pretty much gave it to me. I just had to cover shipping. Which was cheap. Lol. So I figured why the heck not!?!? Haha

I usually don’t shine my tires, since I live on a short dirt road and they just get dusty. But today I gave them a proper shine up since the new shoes look good and I’m rolling down to Anaheim for dance competition this evening.

Got the Nali all shined up fluids topped off, and I’m Anaheim bound! And I’m nervous terrified excited all at the same time!
