Removing rear dome light?

I've put a couple over head DVDs in, headrest DVDs, head units, speakers, subwoofers, pretty much everything. However, in the process of beginning an overhead dvd install, I can't get past the rear dome light haha! I have removed the cover, also have the metal pins in the back, as well as the plastic wedges in the front both below the head liner. There is still sumthin else holding the dang thing I there! Looks like maybe a clip that actually goes straight into the frame in the ceiling? It's new so I'm afraid of being too rough and braking anything, but should I just apply more pressure for it to pop out or am I missing sumthin? Need some advice from someone that has removed the rear dome light before. Thanks ahead of time and advice would greatly b appreciated.
